Very disappointing experience. The truck was poorly maintained, with a malfunctioning transmission that jerked constantly, a tailgate that wouldn’t open, and severely cracked, dry-rotted tires that posed a safety risk. I couldn’t use the truck as intended and had to return it
Communication with the host was also frustrating. He often took too long to respond and claimed I wasn’t answering his calls, even though Turo provides an in-app chat to keep all communication documented.
Overall, an unsafe, poorly maintained vehicle and terrible customer service. I would not recommend this host.

Great rental experience! The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and drove very well. The owner was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire rental. I needed to extend my trip for a couple of extra days, and the owner accommodated the extension with no issues at all, which I really appreciated. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I would definitely rent from this host again and highly recommend them!
