First of all, Misty was very accommodating and I enjoyed working with her. I would certainly work with her again. However, though the truck served the purpose I needed it for, there were a couple significant issues to note.
1) The super aggressive mud tires on the truck are the loudest I’ve ever heard. And there was such a heavy vibration through the steering wheel, it started making my hands numb. 😬 But not a major issue.
2) More notably, however, there were several occasions where, upon heavy acceleration (i.e. - freeway on-ramp entrance or a passing situation), the truck began shuddering (mild to severe). Initially, I thought that it was simply the road surface that I was on, and didn’t take much notice. However, it kept occurring and I could soon tell it was specifically acceleration-related, so I just began to back off the pedal, and the shudder went away. However, one time on the freeway, pulling onto an on-ramp, and under (necessary) heavy acceleration, there was a severe shudder, and the check engine light came on and began flashing. No other warning lights other than that one. I pulled over and turned the truck off, waited a few seconds, and then re-started. No CEL upon restart, so I figured it might just be the eco-boost system (which I’ve never driven a vehicle with) and I kept going. I did not do any heavy accelerating after that, I had no other major issues with the shudder. Just a couple brief instances after that. But unfortunately the issue was consistent, and I’m glad I didn’t have to get towed back home. 😬
All things considered, I would not rent this truck again unless the noted issues were resolved.

There are no issues with the vehicle; it was likely an operator error on your part. The noise and vibration you experienced were due to low tire pressure, which has since been addressed.
