The vehicle was great. Nice, clean, and faaancy! Pick up/drop off was easy. The host has great communication and was super flexible. Will rent again!

Car was parked at the airport for an exceptionally long period of time so we had a hefty parking fee to pay. When asking for a small amount of extra time, there was no grace and it was over $95 for two hours, if we accepted.

The license plate readers at the airport were down for a few days is the only reason you had to pay for parking at all. If asked we would have reimbursed you. We just didn’t know that you had an issue. Late fees with Turo are not up to our discretion because they are the insurance holder on the vehicle. So it’s not up to us to give you a grace after the first 30 minutes. If they don’t see that your trip is checked out. The system automatically considers it late. Sorry not our rules!
