This was my first time using Turo, and I had a fantastic experience. I rented a white Jeep Gladiator from Curtis, and everything went very smoothly from start to finish. Curtis was extremely friendly, personable, and professional. I had the opportunity to meet him in person, and the handover process was easy and comfortable. He even went above and beyond by meeting me at a location that was more convenient for me instead of having me go to the regular pickup address. I really appreciated the extra effort and great customer service. I thoroughly enjoyed the Jeep and the overall experience. I would definitely recommend Curtis to anyone looking to rent through Turo, and I would happily rent from him again.
