Car quality was great. Very clean and ready to go. Found it right away. No issues. App had lots of issues when returning vehicle. Messenger not going through. Not able to retrieve drop off instructions.

Car still has the new smell, perfectly clean, drives and rides like a new car should! Matthew was excellent at assisting me with changing/extending the rental, and very fast response to my questions. The app, however, was lacking some information for new users. It was a little difficult to use. Thanks to Matthew, I will use Turo again in the future.
