Truck was great! Handled well and very comfy. Pretty clean and was perfect for a mini-getaway.

Stephen was super responsive when I told him that the battery needed to be better secured and to all messages I sent him. He was at the pick up point very quickly and installed a temporary fix until he is able to have his mechanic take a look. He also covered the airport parking fee. On the down side, the truck was dirty like it hadn’t been cleaned prior to me renting it. I appreciate him being responsive at pick up and upon early turn-in.
