Jiang is a really nice person. He is really kind. I’m sorry that we caused a scratch on the car by rushing into the snow. He came to us and helped the whole process about the inspection. He is really nice, but we are very sorry about the accident. From the guest point, I will still rent a car from Jiang if I have another chance.
