Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. On the first night, I had a very difficult time accessing the car because the lockbox instructions and code process were confusing and did not work as described. I was left outside for about 30 minutes trying to retrieve the key. What made the situation worse was the host’s lack of empathy and poor handling of the issue. Overall, it was not a great experience, and I won’t be using this host’s car services again.
First of all Fortune, I would like to apologies for the inconvenience of how far the car was parked, and the difficulty you had getting into the lockbox. I was doing everything I could to get the situation solved and taken care of the best that I could being 1085 miles away from you.
