I’m sorry you felt vehicle pick up was not up to par. I have been in transition since May with my seven cars and my sister has been cleaning and moving them for me. Sometimes there has been a lack of communication between the two of us and I’m sorry you suffered for it. That should no longer be an issue as I am here in Wisconsin full-time now. I hope it wasn’t too big of an inconvenience and that you will think of us again when you come back to Madison.
This Honda Ridgeline is awesome! Very clean car with no problems at all! We will rent again if it’s available for our next trip back to WI.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. On the first night, I had a very difficult time accessing the car because the lockbox instructions and code process were confusing and did not work as described. I was left outside for about 30 minutes trying to retrieve the key. What made the situation worse was the host’s lack of empathy and poor handling of the issue. Overall, it was not a great experience, and I won’t be using this host’s car services again.
