The vehicle was perfect for our trip and the host was professional. He even checked in with us during our trip and the air freshener in the truck was a great bonus. Would recommend and do again!

Pick up location, cleanliness of the car, and communication on where to pick up was great. I would not recommend this car until it receives an alignment and new rotors. If you drive over 60 mph the car shakes terribly, and the rotors are warped and the car will shake when breaking. After the car gets that fixed, it would be great to travel with.

Everything was very well communicated, organized and clear regarding pick up and drop off and instructions for getting the car! It made it so easy.
They were also flexible and accommodating with me about my flight getting delayed

We had a little bit of a hick-up when we picked up the truck but that was partly on us as brand new Toro users and understanding the process. After that it was smooth sailing and drop off was amazing!!! Thank you Edward and Lucy we had an amazing time… I would say a little bit of maintenance is needed for this ole girl but other than that she was amazing on fuel and very comfortable as we did do a lot of traveling…
