Car was clean and in great condition. Also the owners give very thorough directions to get and return the car. Very helpful.

Pick up and drop off was super easy, vehicle is as advertised and rock solid. Rented it so I could be sure to have 4WD in the mountains. IMHO car rentals will not gauruntee a 4x4 except with a premium. This is much better and rental cars have been had nightmare wait lines for me in Denver.

Drop off was extremely difficult. There was no address. It said to use Apple Maps and or Google. We did. Roads are closed, construction and after driving around for over 30 mins. I called. No one picked up. Gas station drivers and the shuttle kept saying experiencing high call. I ended up in pikes peak.
In the messages guest said they couldn’t locate Airport DIA when attempting to put address in their maps to locate the parking lot but we’re not sure where the guest got airport DIA as our instructions instructed them to navigate to ParkDIA. I think the guest may have input wrong on their own. We also did not receive a call from the guest for help while they were lost. Having to locate the vehicle in a different/incorrect lot was an inconvenience for us due to guest not following directions.
