Our host was absolutely amazing and played a huge role in making our trip possible. We originally booked a different vehicle, but just two weeks before our trip it was involved in an accident and became unavailable. Fortunately, the host also had a Tesla Cybertruck available and made it easy for us to upgrade.
The Cybertruck was incredible, and the self-driving capabilities made our 12-hour graduation trip much more enjoyable and less stressful. When we switched vehicles, we accidentally forgot to update our return time. The host was extremely accommodating and quickly approved the extension without any issues.
Excellent communication, outstanding customer service, and a fantastic vehicle. We would absolutely rent from this host again and highly recommend them to others!
