As a consistent five-star host, I understand exactly what professional service requires. Jennifer failed entirely at every stage of this reservation.
Communication was nonexistent, with repeated messages ignored. The vehicle delivery was over an hour late, causing significant disruption and inconvenience. When the car finally arrived, it was in unacceptable condition—filthy, unwashed, and dirty inside and out—demonstrating a complete lack of care or basic standards.
The vehicle was also inadequately maintained and unsafe for winter conditions. During a snowstorm, I was forced to stop and personally replace the wiper blades just to maintain visibility, something that should never be required of a guest.
Rather than taking responsibility or resolving these serious issues, the host sent long, inappropriate messages about her personal life, completely unrelated to the problems at hand. This was unprofessional and unacceptable.
This was, without question, the worst guest experience I have ever had and reflects a total failure to meet even the most basic expectations of a host.
All lies.. Seriously folks lies! And Turo won’t remove the bogus review. I think I’ll design a new platform and take their business This guy was looking for a free ride. Was manipulative, wanted me to let him leave the truck 4 hours away at my expense. Charged me through Turo for wiper blades it didn’t need. Forgets that allowing personal vehicles to be used is a privilege and in wintertime it’s a tall order.

Great ride, great communication
Super clean. JE was also great and out the cover on the truck bed for us and even offered a few umbrellas with the rainy weather :)
