Great truck. Accommodating host!

First and last time I’ll be booking with Turo. Host did not respond with pickup instructions until after my pickup time. I had to call Turo customer service to get her to respond. When she finally called me back, she asked me to take a Lyft and meet her at some random location 30 minutes away. When we arrived to the secondary location, she asked us to drop her off at her house which was 30 minutes away and made us uncomfortable. Due to late pickup time, I requested a 1 hour extension to drop the car off and the host of course did not respond and my request expired. Giving the host two stars because we got the car at least, but overall it was a really uncomfortable and unsatisfactory experience.

NOT TRUE.Support sent you the overlooked welcome message along with pickup instructions. Hosts are people providing cars , sometimes when there are no other rentals available.. Through sms/ calls we maturely worked out my delay by me paying For Lyft + $20.Not deserving 2 stars and a bad review especially after you returned truck over 1 hr late. U R 1 of 2 per 100 untimely’s. sorry you feel bitter and ungrateful. Chin up. Truck was Clean and reliable. I hope 4U no future adversity.☮️+❤️=🙂
