Truck was great. However, it was not in the lot when we arrived. Called the host who said she was on her way, she would meet us at baggage claim, said “it’s because your flight got in early” but my booking was to start at 3:30, and she was not there until probably 3:45. Then she said she did not have a ride home and asked where we were going and if we could drive her home. Put us in a very awkward position. Just one of these things would have been fine but the combination of being late, giving a bogus excuse instead of just apologizing, and then asking for a ride- was unprofessional.
