Excellent experience this i can say has been the best EV I have ever been in. I would definetly recommend this vehicle and it's host to everyone and I have already started telling people about my great experience. The host answerd almost instantly whenever I had a question. The host was also very patient understanding as I had to extend my trip for charging time. Make sure to research what charging locations support this vehicle I was unaware so I had to find the correct one. But as for the trip the vehicle is very nice, capable and has plenty of space. Truck was clean and ready to go when i arrived. I will be returning and definetly recommending this host in the future. Thank You.

Car quality: While the interior/exterior of the hummer is generally okay, the inside stinks from being smoked in. They have attempted to deodorize the interior but it still smells terrible. If you are allergic to this smell or have small children like I do, avoid renting this for this reason alone. The hummer also did not have a NACS adapter ( I checked everywhere in the compartments and even where the host suggested). This made it unable to be charged at convenient Tesla chargers.

Pick-up location: Pickup is relatively easy at LAX, but note you will have to take a shuttle to a lot about a mile away from the airport(free). I was charged $15 for parking fees but only reimbursed $5. Parking was supposed to be refunded in full. In addition to this, I was not provided with a fully charged vehicle. My trip started in the evening and I was expecting a full charge so I could start my road trip but I was unable to as I needed to find somewhere to charge. Not easy when you you have small children and need to get going.

Host: There are many hosts coordinating communication and are generally responsive.
