Tried to scare us that using FSD would have software damages to that car (even submitted claim which Turo rejected), after asking us to Venmo him for it.
He also charged extra for the inverter, but didn’t actually give us a inverter/charger but an adapter. He later refunded this after we complained, but we couldn’t plug it to the house we were going to, as we had planned.
The car was in good condition otherwise.
FSD is a paid optional feature, clearly listed , discussed in our Turo messages and also mentioned to you in person. You activated it without authorization, which led to a strike on my Tesla account—this only occurs after multiple system warnings, indicating repeated misuse, not a one-time mistake.
Regarding the inverter, the listing clearly states it is a J1772 adapter, not a wall connector. You misunderstood its function, and we refunded you as a courtesy
