Charles was very informative on how and where to access the truck. I literally booked the trip the night before and everything went smooth the next morning. Charles is very dependable and responded promptly to my messages. Charles Tocoma is well maintained and clean. The truck has a few bumps and scratches on the outside, but nothing major at all. The truck runs great and it has a lot of features that’ll help you enjoy the drive. I also finished my trip four hours early and he accepted the changes without a problem.
