5 stars all around. The truck was extremely clean, in great condition, and very comfortable. I’m 6’4” and I had plenty of room. Loved the giant screen dash for maps and music.
Jarrod was excellent to work with. We missed our original flight into Provo and had to reroute into Salt Lake City, which completely changed our pickup plans. Fortunately, we reached him before he had left for Provo, and he was incredibly accommodating. He adjusted the delivery location and brought the truck to Salt Lake City for us instead. His communication was fast, clear, and thorough throughout the entire process.
I couldn’t have asked for a better host or rental experience. Jarrod went above and beyond to work with our unexpected travel changes, the truck was excellent, and everything went smoothly. I would absolutely rent from him again.
