Cassandra dropped the car off at the airport (for an additional $120 sent through Venmo) and sent us photos of where the truck was parked which we really appreciated. We then drove it to Wyoming and while in Wyoming we received an error message saying the vehicle wasn’t able to charge which was really odd. We let Cassandra know and cut our trip short, wanting to preserve enough charge to make it back to Colorado. We drove it to Cassandra’s Tesla service center of choice and proceeded to get an Uber to a hotel. We then flew home the next morning. It was extremely chaotic trying to make it back with such angst about the remaining charge with my four month old child, who was feeling all of the chaos. We were surprised Cassandra didn’t offer to refund us; when we asked she said we should go through Turo directly. For those reasons, I wouldn’t recommend this vehicle.

These guests were mostly pleasant to woe with. She messaged saying her husband was going to call and ask for a refund. I asked her to let me know what they and and she never responded. Turo usually adjust rates accordingly when vehicles are returned early and reservations changes have been made. I never heard back.
I did refund them $160 of their trip fee, 1/2 of their delivery fee and $100 of their rental.
‼️ The truck has since had parts replaced and should not have this issue again.
Everything was great. Great communication regarding pickup. My first time using Turo.

Very awesome truck. Tent camping in bed was great! Starlink let me work remotely some while enjoying camping trip. FSD is always great, hard to use a vehicle that does not drive itself!
