It’s odd that you said parking was an issue when we upgraded your pick up for free. We merely asked you to return the car to the economy lot we used (and told you 24 hours in advance that we’d be happy to upgrade it if you paid the difference).
Sorry the brand new tires that were installed right before your trip didn’t sync up to the system properly. That was fixed upon your return. It’s disappointing that your review reflects your lack of following the very detailed instructions provided.
Very communicative and great flexibility for pick up/drop off. Would rent again!
