Unforeseen issues with the truck thought we figured out after losing a whole day use of the truck then to be blinded of extra charges being added later

We’re sorry the battery issue disrupted part of your trip. When we inspected the truck, we found the parking lights switched on and the battery deeply discharged. The battery tested good afterward and the truck operated normally. The additional charge was for documented fuel used during the trip and processed through Turo.
