Wonderful experience, pick up was amazing & fast. The vehicle was very clean & fully based up, it was a huge difference from driving my car but one that I openly welcomed because I miss when I had an F-150 truck a long time ago. The return didn't go quite smoothly on my part. When refueling I needed to check with Ian on what type of gas just as a precaution so as not to use incorrect gas & mess up the car. I also had to ask for the lockbox code because I could not find it from his first correspondence with me. Once I had the code took photos as directed & did what I needed to do upon return of the vehicle. I highly recommend Ian to all. Thank you ian for a smooth & safe trip.
