I arrived in Colorado 2 days after a snowstorm and the truck was still completely covered with and surrounded by deep snow with no scraper or shovel to use. The truck was listed as being good for the mountains however, being a 2 wheel drive, I got stuck leaving the street and numerous times after. Would not recommend to drive to mountains or anywhere if there is snow present. Frustrating experience with long wait time for helpful response.
