Smooth pickup, customer service was good. Car wasn’t fully charged and could have been a little cleaner but overall it was a good experience this was my first time using Turo.

I appreciate your feedback on charge level and cleanliness. Regarding the charge, Tesla Superchargers often limit charging to 80% due to high demand. However, by the time the vehicle was transported from the charging location to the airport, it arrived at 74%, which reflects the energy used during that transfer.
