0 they were so nice and clean he was nice the family was nice I needed him in an emergency and that's exactly what he did he gave me an emergency and he fixed everything for me the car was clean he even stood and finished cleaning the car so I will have a clean and decent car I'm going to rent from them every time I come to Michigan this was the best experience
