This host went above and beyond to accommodate me after the original car I booked had to be towed. They immediately stepped in, offered to cover my Lyft so I could still get to work, and personally brought a replacement vehicle right to my location. They were extremely understanding, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure my trip went smoothly. I truly appreciate their professionalism and compassion — this is the type of host that makes Turo a great experience. Highly recommended!
