The interaction with the host was good but unfortunately the car's engine had some fault. It was miss firing. So we had to return the car and cancel the booking within an hour. Received great help from Turo's team that facilitated a vehicle swap.
this guest made false claims about my vehicle. It runs well and was thoroughly cleaned, especially since the previous guest brought it back with bugs all over the grill and windshield. I take great pride in my personal service and maintenance of my vehicles. I had to spend my time and money to fight these false claims.

Brandon is such a great host. Very quick to reply to any questions and when I needed to extend my trip, he was fast to reply and amend the booking.
The pick-up was exactly as described, a really comfortable ride with good visibility. In good condition and well maintained.
