The vehicle itself was great and in very good condition. It was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable to drive, and overall the actual driving experience was smooth.
However, there were a couple of issues with the pickup and return experience. First, the car was left at the airport parking garage several hours before my scheduled pickup time, which resulted in me having to pay the maximum parking fee. Considering that I had already paid a separate airport delivery fee, this was unexpected and frustrating.
Second, the listing indicated remote access, but in practice I did not have remote access to the vehicle myself. During both pickup and return, I had to contact and wait for the host to remotely unlock or lock the vehicle. This made the process less convenient than I expected based on the listing.
Other than these logistical issues, the trip itself was good and the vehicle was in great condition. I think the experience could be significantly improved with clearer communication about airport parking fees and how the remote access actually works.

I always rent Turo when I want to consider buying a car and this vehicle was a perfect 2 day vehicle for a trip to the Bay Area. Driving it was a breeze range was great. It’s in great condition.
