Jeep was dirty. Dog hair everywhere and it had a cigarette odor. Host did not have vehicle prepared for trip. Jeep was not stable on the road. It had issues with right blinker and right tire made loud grinding noises when turning. Vehicle did not feel safe.
Unfortunately the customer, stated that they did not want to wait for the car to get ready and wanted the car faster than the allotted time that we had to get the car ready and accepted the car as is. Car is safe and has passed recent inspections. If you plan on renting a car you need to respect the pick up time and not rush the host to give you the car before your time of pick up.

Love this car! Very clean and tidy, big wheels make a huge difference when visiting National Parks. Abdul was very responsive. Wouldn’t have wanted to do this trip in any other car!
