First Time Turo Users Here!! We have always used a rental car from an agency in the past. Whether its Avis, Hertz, Enterprise, etc, they were all we knew! My father-in-law moved in with us recently so now we have a larger vehicle and if you don't know, larger vehicle means more expensive rental! A friend recommended I try Turo out and boy am I glad I did! I found an excellent deal with a killer vehicle! Philip and Jasmine were so awesome! Super thorough and helpful with explaining the process and answering any questions we had! The truck was super clean and detailed for us upon arrival at the airport, which made things instantly feel comfortable! No annoying check out/in process at the rental counter and hoping you get a car that isn't messed up in some way! With such a large and comfortable ride, it made things much easier on us while driving to Universal Studios, Busch Gardens, and the many great restaurants along the beach! The drop off process was even easier than the pick up! Thanks Philip and Jasmine! You guys helped make this veteran's first family vacation in 17 years, one to remember!
