Rented a Ford F-150 from Torx and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Pickup and drop-off were convenient, and Torx was friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. Very pleased with the overall experience—would definitely rent again!
