We’re disappointed to see this review, as we remained professional throughout the reservation. After the trip, communication became increasingly hostile, including repeated profanity, accusations & statements that further communication would “cost” us. The guest also disputed legitimate Tesla Supercharging expenses. After explaining that Turo would review the disputed invoice, we stopped responding, yet the confrontational messages continued.
Amazing car. Very clean and well maintained. Easy pickup and drop off. Excellent host.
