Clean car, easy to find, responsive host. Had great driving experience on my trip. FSD is great and a must.

I hate to post this low of a score, but felt I had to, as the CT had a large circle crack in front windshield on passenger side. I am thankful that I took photos and video prior to leaving the airport parking lot. I assumed the owner knew the widow was cracked, but once I returned the CT in the condition in which I picked up, a damage claim was submitted accusing me of damaging the front windshield. I provide photo/video and was told by the owner that he will address it on his own, but I still receive claims link to address, which owner states that Turo will not allow it be redacted, which is concerning. Overall the CT is great, I own one and wanted to have for my trip in MT. The owner was very responsive pre and during my rental, but, I feel the window crack had to be noticed prior to me getting in as it is large, felt like if I had not taken photo/video prior, I would have been responsible for damage I did not do, which is $$$$ for a CT. Warning, please document with photos/video prior to leaving the pick up location to protect yourself.

Hi Ken, I am so sorry to hear that you felt bad experience with me. I hope you may correct your misunderstanding on the situation. Your bad experience started with "assumption" on host knew the windshield crack but it was not. I always communicate with guest before the trip start if I know issue on the vehicle and give option for free cancellation. I have only 24hrs of damage report deadline and I agreed the damage happened between I dropped and you pickup. Please don't assume too much.
Amazing
