great truck, awesome and communicative hosts

The truck truly surpassed my expectations, as I typically favor a Ford F-150. If you are arriving by air, the location is ideal for pickup, and the instructions provided were very clear. As an in-state renter, I experienced a minor confusion, but this was not at all related to the host. I would suggest being dropped off at the main airport and then taking the train to the location. If you are driving yourself, please consider parking outside the airport and utilizing the shuttle service to the airport, then following the provided pickup instructions. Marcus was a pleasure to work with.

Charge for 2 days of parking and was only reimbursed for $6 when it cost $38. Other than that everything was great.
