Directions for pick up were not provided. Host did not respond to messages. We called Turo Support as we did not have a key. Host then contacted us at that time. Once the key was located the interior of vehicle was not cleaned (stains, trash, etc), and smelled of cigarettes. The remote did not lock or unlock the vehicle. No information was provided for key return upon drop off. The vehicle was functional however did not meet expectations and description.
You were supposed to be here 11:30, but you were late at 11:54, I had a scheduled to work, since you called me and I gave you answer right way , you sneaked and returned too late without me knowing almost 4-5 hours and I didn’t change your late fee, you
