Horrible communication and false advertising

HUH?!?! TOTALLY BAFFLED by this. False advertising?? How does this even make sense? I made the vehicle available hours early, spotless condition, airport drop off, remote access and ZERO issues. This guy's an a whole d*k head!
Horrible experience. Owner of the vehicle overlorded with a remote alarm system that almost made me late returning the vehicle. It was dirty inside and smells like axe body spray. Communications with the owner were unfriendly. Was overcharged and under served.

1. I'm insulted... i would NEVER use axe body spray🤣
2. This woman child is completely incapable of following simple directions.
3. I rented to her at my own personal risk in the winter storm and she complained, "the outside is dirty" as if I can control the snow or should have my own personal car wash at the airport outside.
She's ungrateful, having childish expectations and completely unreasonable. Even complained about the airport deliver fee... in the SNOW!! SMH
