Had an amazing trip. Truck worked out perfectly for everything we did. We drove from Michigan to Florida and back had no vehicle issues whatsoever, truck ran very smooth and strong. When picked up vehicle from location it was very clean and neat. Sammy even checked in halfway through our trip to make sure everything was going well. Will definitely be saving Sammy for future trip plans. Thanks again the Turners!

Overall car was OK. Breaks were squeaking they told me because they were “New” but they seem to have gotten louder. Host 3/10 . registration was not in the vehicle, host was not responding until I reached out to Turo for help. Would not rent again take a lot of pictures because they will try to pin unnecessary charges on you. Luckily I had lots of photos.

We’re sorry your experience did not meet your expectations. The vehicle is regularly maintained and had no known mechanical issues, and the brakes were recently serviced. We also want to clarify that we never attempt to add unnecessary charges—any claims are based on documented issues and Turo’s policies. Unfortunately, the vehicle was returned with a strong marijuana odor requiring additional cleaning. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to provide a better experience.
