The cybertruck was awesome! So many awesome features. All my family and friends were in love with it. Not only that, but incredible kindness and flexibility from the host.

The truck was awesome and that full self driving was amazing.

Car was not clean upon pickup. Host made us pay him externally through Zelle to avoid fees and charged us extra through the Turo app upon finalizing the trip.

As far as the Cybertruck goes; it’s great! Some things to get used to but that is to be expected. It has some scuffs and it was missing the front wheel hub caps, a mirror cap and the rear view mirror was barely hanging on. Also it doesn’t have a 110 charger or a ccs1 adapter which limits you to the supercharger network. But overall the Cybertruck was a ton of fun, and the FSD made it super relaxed to drive!
As far as the communication goes it was pretty poor; the responses were few and far in between and we never even got a reply to our first message for 3 months.
Worst of all, we never got told where in the Seattle airport parking garage, one of the biggest in the world with 13000 spots spread out over 8 floors, the truck was parked. This made the pick up an absolute nightmare which happened to be at 1am, I had to run thru the parking garage for 40 minutes and if it wasn’t for one of the parking attendants feeling bad seeing my pregnant wife with 2 kids waiting in the middle of the night and looking up the license plate in the system I would still be looking for it. This omission was probably an honest mistake but also the one key piece of info when pickup takes place in a parking garage.
