Vehicle not parked where agreed
Hi Antonio,
My apologies for the miscommunication. We did agree that we could accommodate an airport pickup however the reservation was never changed or paid for to make the delivery. Typically once we agree to deliver to the parking lot the customer then updates the reservation and pays for airport pickup/delivery. Since this was never changed we assumed that you no longer needed this accommodation. Hope you still enjoyed your trip. Take care and safe travels.
