Pickup and drop off were not easy. 2.5 hours late on pickup. Communication was lacking pickup and drop off as well.

We sincerely regret what happened. We did our best to assist the customer; the rental was arranged in the evening, with the vehicle scheduled for pickup early the next morning. At that time, the car was still with another person and required sanitization. We tried to make the customer as comfortable as possible, and we hope to provide an even better experience in the future.
