Great truck for Montana in both Bozeman and Yellowstone for a few days. Clean, ran smooth and had no issues at all. Brandon responded quickly and all directions for check in and check out were thorough.

Thanks for the feedback—we’re glad you had a great trip overall. Saturdays are our busiest days with many pickups and drop-offs happening at once. While we did have team members on-site at the airport, calls or texts aren’t always the fastest way to reach us. The quickest support is through the Turo app, which multiple team members monitor in real time, or by returning to the vehicle where our team was present. We appreciate you sharing this and will keep working to improve the experience.
