The vehicle was not to my expectations
Sean •
Hi Sean,
The vehicle was delivered on time, clean, and in full working condition, as described. You never raised any issue with the vehicle itself. The real issue was wanting to tow a trailer, which Turo's Prohibited Uses Policy bans due to insurance liability. No refund was possible since you booked non-refundable — both policies are set by Turo, not me.
