Very disappointing experience. The host explicitly told us do not recharge the car, but after the trip, they charged me a reimbursement fee for charging. Appears to be scam as they could charge the car from home but is charging reimbursement fee of an astronomical amount.

Trip start time was 12:30pm car was handed off at 12:42pm Trip end time was 8:00pm car was picked up at 8:13pm. I don’t think this qualify as late.
We handed off the car at 94% charge, the guest returned the car at 27%, very incorrect conduct to hand off a car so low on charge, we had to stop and get the car charged to even get to our house at night time. Will not rent our car to this guest again.
