Requested early drop off for an emergency. I was denied. Left vehicle with guard shack and vehicle was picked up one day early. But was then charged fuel for him to pick up return car and a surcharge. Terrible communication after vehicle was rented.

We’re sorry this rental did not meet expectations. We communicated with Gina regarding her request to end the reservation early due to a change in her circumstances and worked to retrieve the vehicle once it was left at the agreed location.
Any fuel or trip-related charges were handled in accordance with the reservation terms and documented at return. We take vehicle condition and guest communication seriously and truly appreciate the feedback.
