Nice people, but the car/key had issues and so I lost several hours of my short weekend trip. In the end they fixed it, but it was very frustrating for two days while they were figuring it out.

We’re sorry Joshua felt frustrated. The initial access issue was traced to his phone/software setup, and our co-host personally met him later that evening to resolve it. After that, access worked properly. During the trip to the airport , in the garage , the Cybertruck picked up a small nail that caused low tire pressure—an unexpected road issue, not a pre-existing maintenance problem. We responded quickly and went above and beyond to support the trip.
Car has been there since 730am. Didn't realize I had to check out.
