Very fast communication, clean car. There was a crack in the windshield that was unseen to us both until later, she offered a new vehicle and was so kind about it !

I loved cruising up the beach road in the Jeep Gladiator made us feel like we were young again!! Bonus was it made it so easy for us to pack the box with everything we needed for the day from beach stuff to golf gear and still have room inside and kept everything clean inside! We only had a couple days so we could fit so much in since we did not have to keep going back to our hotel to get the next activity gear and everything was safe with the bed cover . Which was a life saver…. !!! I have had a Jeep Willie and the new Hybrid. The Gladiator is my new favorite! The Host had nice detailed messages so i knew each step what to do which was nice since it was my first Turo rental . The Jeep was clean , inside smelled clean and everything worked inside and some thoughtful extras inside. So nice to work with i had no trouble with the rental process! I will for sure rent from them again, Thanks!! Cindy
