Jessica is an amazing and incredibly rare host. Her truck is clean, drivers really smoothly, is always at the place she says and she is an excellent and prompt communicator. But what makes Jessica special is the person she is. I had an issue when coming to pick up her truck and she was so responsive, patient and kind. It’s things you don’t have to be but it speaks to her character. And it’s that reason why I would rent from her 10/10 times.
