Car had paint damage from scratches on the side that wasn’t disclosed when we rented it. Had us nervous the whole trip, we messaged the host about it and they insisted it wasn’t scratched it was just “white paint” which was absolutely untrue.

The vehicle was provided to you in pristine, clean condition. The marks you referenced had already been documented before your trip, and a professional inspection confirmed they are paint transfer from a previous guest rather than scratches. While we were disappointed the vehicle was returned significantly dirtier than it was at pickup, we appreciate your feedback and will continue thoroughly documenting our vehicles before every trip.
The car quality was good and clean. Some exterior damage upon pickup but overall good condition and reliable. The host was responsive and good to work with.
