The host was fantastic, very friendly, communicative, and accommodating throughout the entire trip. After one of the worst flight delay experiences I’ve ever had, my original 4 PM pickup turned into a 3 AM arrival, and she was incredibly understanding about it. She even gave me a discount and offered to extend the trip for free because of all the travel issues. Rare species in the wild: a genuinely reasonable human being in the customer service ecosystem. Nature is healing.

The jeep and host were both awesome. Couldn’t recommend more highly! Super easy pickup and drop off, the jeep was extremely clean and drove well. Very happy.
