Original booked car became unavailable day before. Was OK with swapping for a bigger vehicle but can’t imagine everyone would be happy with that. Used more gas as a result. Pickup had some cups left inside and shoes in the back. Otherwise good to go.

Truck was good and the bed cover was a plus. There was an issue with the audio that prohibited us from being able to play any bluetooth music or connect to Apple play the entire trip though. For that reason, I gave it 4 stars.

The truck was clean, in great condition and a pleasure to drive. The host was also a pleasure. He responded to all my requests for information or guidance. If there was a snag it was that I had to pay $15 to exit the airport because a previous user had put the truck in the public lot, not the Turo lot. This was unwelcome and very unsure of how to get a refund. For n expense that should not be added because it was not a result of anything I did.
