Where do I start with these bunch of sleazy cowboys. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Gave me a cybertruck that was completely defective. Smashed passanger mirror. Exterior trim hanging off and scruff.
They uploaded a pre checkout photo of one the tyres with a massive nail in and didn’t inform me, two minutes down the road could hear the air coming out the tyre.
Left us completely stranded all day, ignored our emails and you could see it being read. Utterly disgusting and disgraceful.
Do not hire anything from them they are a bunch of crooks.

Two hours after pickup, a bolt was found in the tire. We advised a repair shop, and when the tire pressure dropped, we guided you to contact Turo Roadside Assistance. When you said Turo was unable to tow the vehicle, we contacted them on your behalf and a dispatch was arranged.
You then requested a one-week extension with a discount. We initially offered 25% and increased it to 40%. Check-in photos confirm the tire was in good condition at pickup, and we acted promptly throughout
