First time I had someone meet me with the truck. Made it super easy and flawless. Great communication as well! Would rent again!

Rental was fine and as advertised. The customer service part was where I wish I had better interaction. Renter never met me to walk through the vehicle, instead he had his wife looking for the hitch. He never verified the hitch and pin were in vehicle. I was looking and panicking trying to find the key for the hitch pin lock. This was needless anxiety that a 2 minute walk through would have cured.
He was responsive in the moment and tried to guide me to the keys location, (under and behind the seat in a hidden storage box) but it just felt like an afterthought that some forethought would have prevented.
Vehicle served its purpose and was fine for what we needed it for.
